I've been thinking about another swap. Ingrid and I chatted about this idea last year when I did the box swap so I thought I might put it out there and see what everyone thinks.
Basically there would be 11 people in the swap (if there was more we could do 2 or more groups). You would make 10 items of the same thing that will fit in a large pre-paid satchel (I think they are around $10) and send them to me as well as an empty satchel. Each person would then get back a satchel with 10 different items in it.

Oooh Cass - I like it. Producing more than one of an item is always quicker too!! (Says the woman with twins to sew for!)

I've never done a swap. I might be keen, but I'm thinking there's a little too much freedom in this for me. Any guidelines on colour or theme or value?
I think that is an awesome idea! I love doing swaps. I agree with Amy's suggestion of having some sort of theme as well.

Sounds good Cass....i wonder if people are stuck for time...then you could add a twist and that way you don't have group size issues....if you send 6 you get 6..if you send 10 you get 10??? It would be random of course as to which 6 or 10 (or 20 :P) you get...IYKWIM...just a thought!

Just wondering if we need to submit our idea to the organiser? 10 of some things would be nice, but 10 pin cushions might be a bit much? Or have I got the wrong idea?
