Canberra
We had a fantastic time in the nation's capital. We visited Questacon - loved the rollarcoaster simulator and Jeff and I were both be-headed, old and new Parliment House, National Musuem, The Mint, The War Memorial, Cockington Green and the Australian Institute of Sport, who knew I could jump so high and I proved my prowess with the Aussie Rules kicking.

Not too many photos because Charlotte dropped my camera in the Great Hall in Parliment House and it is now stuffed. The rest of the pics are on Jeff's iphone luckily.

we are going to canberra for 2 days after the snow. I have never been before so I am excited to explore and play tourist. Corey has been and loved Questacon so I am really excited to go there too.
I used to live near bowral - a really pretty place. ooopsie on the camera....
Looks like a GREAT holiday! And brilliant idea to have some kid-free time together! Enjoy!
Sounds like you had a great time! Pity about the camera....I assume you are on the market for a new one?
Welcome home Cass. It sounds liek a great holiday. I always knew you would make a great swans player :-)
Can't tell you how good Jeff looks given the beheading issues. Yeep! Poorest camera. Does raw rice bring back digital cameras from the dead like it does mobile phones?
We have been talking about a weekend trip to Canberra - but weren't sure the kids would like it - now you've sold it to me!! Looks like a great trip. Where did you stay?
