What's for Dinner

It's cold and wet here in old Sydney town so I though a nice warm pie might be great for dinner. I picked up one of those Curtis Stone fliers in Coles and made a yummy chicken and leek pie.

Looks good, it was good ol' bangers and mash here tonight, although Jaida decided just a plate full of potato, carrot, brocolli and zucchini smothered with gravy was good enough for her .. lol .. Curtis seems to have a range of good recipes :) Hope it tasted as delicious as it looked :) Mel xox
