Yesterday I took the girls to a chocolate workshop at the Shangri La. I'm blaming
Peta for telling me about this but it was great. It's often hard to find workshops that both the girls can do, usually Lucy is too young.

We all had a great time making chocolate decorations, learning about different techniques, decorating cupcakes,

rolling truffles

and having a turn at spraying this huge Harbour Bridge cake with chocolate.

I'm not sure we need the Easter bunny to visit now though.

with no girls of my own to take, maybe I could come along with you next time? I do love both chocolate and cupcakes
Oh how good is that!?!?
I'm regretting not going. Next year!
I ate way too much chocolate last night! Stole about 4 truffles from Alex's box and Elizabeth noticed one of his cupcakes was missing! I expect a tray of brownies from you next time we meet!
Oh gosh I am drooling!
I am definitely taking my kids next year and of course they will need me to help them out and do some taste testing.
Hmmmm... looks like my kind of workshop!!!
Happy Easter to you and your lovely family, Cass.xxx
Oh yum!!
I must find a workshop like that down here.
