I also got a Fisher Price Tree House and horse for Lucy but I can't prise them away for a photo. So a very good day indeed!

Oh I love the Dick Bruna books. I had a Dick Bruna mobile when I was a child. We have mouse trap that we picked up at an op shop too :)
I love Dick Bruna books. I was lucky enough to meet him a few years back and he is a very sweet man.
ohhh, Dick Bruno books! I bought his Red Riding Hood one the other day for 50c, thought it would be great to use for appliques. Might have to borrow some of yours, if you will let me!!

Wow, that's a great haul. I love I wish that I had duck feet, I had it when I was a kid and it's such a great story, although I think it's kinda sad. And the Dick Bruna books, jealous! Let me know what you think of Blind Faith if you get around to reading it.
That is the most amazing collection of finds I've ever seen! All those Little Golden books, and the Dr Seuss' - I am bright green with jealousy!
Oh my goodness.... I think my childhood just flashed before my eyes!!! I would be in HEAVEN with such a treasure-trove!!!

Good idea for keeping it quiet. Book sales are such gems these days. There is nothing better to me then rummaging through children's books. I spent a half hour at a thrift store today just looking at the kid books.
