We tell our kids how important it is to share but now I think I need to review these words of wisdom. I've been sharing my laptop with Charlotte for quite a while now and have already decided I will need a new one when Lucy wants to start using it, but now Charlotte has taken a liking to sewing on my new machine.
These were snapped last night while she was busy making 'stuff' and then as soon as I was up this morning she jumped on it. She loves all the different stitches and even knows already how to select them and make sure the length and width is set correctly. To top it off we let her close the door so Lucy wouldn't disturb her, how come I never get to close myself away and sew!

You are a better sharer tha me. I only let Lottie play on the machine when she is sitting in my lap.

Oh Cass - you should have kept your old one for her. Amelia is getting a toy one for her birthday soon. Looking forward to seeing what she creates.

What great photos! Gives me hope that one day DS might sew with my machine instead of just messing with all the settings and trying to get to the needle!
