Christmas Presents

Luckily I started these lap quilts early and finally finished the last one this week. They are for 2 friends of ours and also for my aunt. I used the tying method to quilt them so I hope they last ok.

I also I made tea towels for all the teachers and we put them together with some chocolates. I used a Cosmo fabric along the bottom.

Gorgeous, Cass, lucky recipients! Hope the nursing job at home is going ok, too- or at least you're all alive haha. Have a great Xmas!

Cass, I have a quilt here that must be at least 20yrs old - probably more and it is tied.
I think it was tied with yarn, because it has all frayed and now it looks to have a little pom pom where each tie was.... It is lasting super well and looks great !

and the heel ? Hows it going ?

They are just gorgeous, such beautiful fabric combinations! I haven't heard of the tying method before, will look into that.
