Firstly 3 gorgeous sheets, one of which looks like it has never been used. I am dying to wash them but of course it is raining here.

Op Shop Delights
I always seem to spy the op shop finds on other blogs and look lovingly at them but yesterday it was my turn. While Charlotte was at gymnastics I thought I would duck into a nearby op shop and I came away with some great items.
Firstly 3 gorgeous sheets, one of which looks like it has never been used. I am dying to wash them but of course it is raining here.
Then I spied this wonderful booklet of about 10 pillowcase iron on transfers. I am assuming you then embroider over the design but maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong.

I also got this toaster cover ready for embroidery which my mum has already hinted should fit her toaster.
Here are the globes Charlotte and I made the other day. I will post another picture when we have them up along with out paper bowls as soon as they are done.
Also here are the pj pants I made Charlotte on Monday. They are a bit long that's why you can't see her feet.
And finally this cushion was originally going to be a doll quilt but then I decided it was too big so I thought a lap quilt but it was too small, then I found this cushion insert and I thought a cushion cover. So I unpicked all the quilting and detached the back from the front and made it a cover.
Firstly 3 gorgeous sheets, one of which looks like it has never been used. I am dying to wash them but of course it is raining here.

Nice finds there Cass! Your post on EB inspired me to get to my local but it was a disappointing trip. Although that's the joy of op-shopping, never knowing what you'll find!
x
I love it when something your not happy with is excellent as something else - a happy crafting coincidence.
I think maybe that quilt was always meant to be a cushion cover. It really looks sensational!!!
ooooh the cushion cover fabric looks familiar!
Oliver and I just went to an Op Shop, all we got was 2 CSIRO diet books (what does that tell you!) and a dinosaur!
I'm still in love with those paper globes. And the pillow turned out beautiful.
Thanks for showing us your wonderful treasures!
Excellent oppy finds! Yah!
Great cushion Cass. We'll make a quilter out of you yet!
Oooh the sheets are lovely.
As a cushion cover Cass that quilt is just right! Great haul from the Op shop too.
Those sheets are wonderful. I'd love to go thrifting just to watch for sheets.
