Book week parades have been happening all around the country this week and today was Charlotte's turn. She decided she wanted to go as a pirate which meant I didn't need to do anything as we had most of the things already.

She wore Princess Jasmine's pink pants, because she really wanted to wear those, a Microsoft tshirt I got sent at work that said ARRGH on it, a pink bandana, a hook and sword. I whipped her up a pink eye patch yesterday.
Of course Lucy had to get dressed up too, as did many of the siblings, so she went as a butterfly.
They had a parade after assembly including all the teachers and the kids had a great time, which is all the matters.

aww way cute Cass..cheers Vickie
I can't wait to have to do costumes. Shame Charlotte didn't want you whip somethingup for her - I think Lucy's going to though by the look of 'dress-up delight' on her face!
and what a gorgeously pink pirate she makes too! not to mention the sweet little butterfly trying to grab the limelight :)
She is the cutest priate ever and I love that the little sister had to dress up too, just because. We have ours on Monday - oh joy
Great job, very sweet.
Great dress up idea - love the pink pirate! Our little sister had to do the dress up thing too.
Lucy looks like she loves to be in the thick of it!
Charlotte looks like she should be off to an ABBA gig in those pants!
Too cute... I love the whole pink re-interpretation of pirate-ness ;)
