Tick Tock

I can't believe we are halfway through the year already, time is just flying. I've been thinking about things to do with the covers of the damaged vintage books I use for tags, cards and envelopes. I did do some wall hangings but they really needed something more.

So I decided to do a clock.

This is the test one so there are a couple of things I would change and I was possibly thinking of not doing the numbers either but overall I'm pretty happy with it. When I showed Jeff he was very impressed and even said "wow that is great". He's not usually that impressed with bags!

Lucy's decided she is going to be a fire fighter when she grows up as we went to the local station today with playgroup, all the kids had a ball.

School holidays start here next week so I'm hoping for a relaxing week and then I'm back to work and the kids will be shuttled around to various people.

I had a pile of covers from the books I had used for tags that I just threw out! Argh, I can keep them from now on if you would like them??? The clock is a great idea, love it!
